Technical Support Service

  • Regular scheduled visits on days and times to suit you.
  • A dedicated IDN technician will conduct all visits and quickly gain an understanding of the way your school works.
  • Use of the IDN Service Desk and Call Out Service if necessary.
  • A dedicated Account Manager who will oversee all our services to ensure continuity.
  • An annual Hardware & Network health-check.

Hardware Support Service

  • Remote technical support – enabling us to diagnose and resolve a variety of issues.
  • Fault call-outs included at no charge.
  • Restoration of hardware to original operation.
  • A range of response options to choose from - 4 hour, next business day or 3 day response.
  • Dedicated Account Manager to oversee all services.

Apple Support Service

  • Regular scheduled visits on days and times to suit you.
  • A dedicated IDN technician will conduct all visits and quickly gain an understanding of your school’s Apple network.
  • Access to the IDN Service Desk and Call Out Service for Apple related issues.
  • A dedicated Customer Account Manager who will oversee all our services to you.

Network & Audio Visual Support Service

Network and AV equipment in schools is often ignored by support providers.  However, problems in these areas can have a hugely negative impact on teaching and learning.  Subscribing to this Service will put your mind at rest that if a problem occurs, with anything from an interactive screen or a WiFi access point, right down to a network point, we will deal with it.  Just one call to us and we will be working on a resolution.
