Our Charity Work
Integrated Data Needs (IDN) recently held our third charity golf day at Taunton Vale to raise funds for Hammer Out, Hammer Out is a charity dedicated to providing help and support to sufferers of brain tumours and their families as well as providing vital funding for research.
IDN have been supporting this charity since the loss of a friend of the directors Adam Chorley five years ago from a brain tumour.
Sam Webber, IDN’s financial manager has so far raised over £11k by holding various charity events including a climb to Everest Base Camp, she is currently in training for climbing one of the seven summits - Aconcagua in Argentina in January 2013.
Managing Director Cris Cadby seen presenting the cheque here along with Sam Webber and Sarah Chorley (representing Hammer Out) said “We would like to thank everyone- customers, partners and suppliers for supporting our third charity golf day both in playing on the day and by donating so generously gifts for the auction and raffle, we raised a fantastic total of over £3.3k which will make a fantastic difference to Hammer Out and hopefully with Sam’s climb in January she can raise even more for this fantastic cause that is so close to our hearts at IDN”.
