Integrated Data Needs helps Neroche have a SMARTer Classroom
In the Autumn Term of 2009 Neroche Primary School embarked on a journey to implement a new Interactive Learning Strategy.
The school has 5 classrooms which all had Promethean Interactive Whiteboards (IWB) and projectors.
The equipment was not only getting old but caused issues with teaching and learning as problems started to arise with the boards.
Neroche Primary School were looking to implement a solution which would give the pupils a greater learning experience and provide the teachers with a tool to enhance their teaching and give the school scope for to embrace technological advances in the future.
" The installation was painless - completed professionally, quickly and with minimal disruption to the school. They then took the time to show us how to get the best from our new network. We could not have wished for a better ICT experience, and would have no hesitation in not only using them again, but recommending them unreservedly ” - Heather Cunningham - Headteacher
Trull enable greater ICT access with the use of wireless
In the Summer Term of 2009 Trull School embarked on a journey to implement a whole school wireless network.
The school currently has an ICT Suite that is limited and were looking to enable greater ICT access throughout the school.
Trull School were looking to implement a solution that was scalable,
future proof and that would have enough bandwidth to cope with the
ever growing demand of digital content within the curriculum.
The school also wanted piece of mind if they had any technical support issues they would have the backup of experts
" The digital window solution installed at Trull School by IDN has been a real boost in our communication with parents. No longer do parents have to come to the school office to find out which clubs are postponed, when do tickets for the nativity go on sale etc, the information is there for them. We even use it to give out the scores from our House Competitions and inter-school sports' matches.
The installation took less than an hour and we were up and running.
Highly recommended " - Stewart Biddle, Headteacher
Trull Primary School - Digital Window Solution
Here at IDN we were asked by Trull C of E Primary School to come up with a solution to enable the school to keep their students and their student’s parents informed on school related topics which could be regularly updated and amended, sometimes at short notice.
This particular installation at Trull C of E Primary School in Taunton has a high lumens projector mounted onto the ceiling behind the glass, then using the Pro Diffusion rear projection film installed onto the window. This unique high resolution screen technology offers superior brightness, contrast and black levels even in high ambient light and daylight.
