To date we have carried out installation in excess of 6000 data outlets in various office environments for SCC and currently maintain the LAN switches within County Hall. "We have a preferred partner, Integrated Data Needs (IDN) who we contract with for computer cabling, switch & wireless technology etc. We also partner with them for consultancy and additional support on the County Hall LAN. They are a major supply of infrastructure and technology to our schools. We also use one of their senior technical engineers to validate some of our strategic thinking on enhancements to our infrastructure. They are a very sound group of engineers with considerable experience. IDN are a local company and we have had a long and very profitable relationship with them, they have never let us or any of the Authority's establishments down - they are an excellent example of the Authority using its work to encourage the local economy.”
